Designed to build workplace readiness, the Vocational Track emphasizes hands-on job skills training and community-based experiences. This program integrates classroom instruction with real-world application, allowing students to explore various career clusters such as culinary arts, retail, and office work. Through partnerships with over 100 local businesses, students engage in internships supported by one-to-one job coaches who help them develop the professional skills and resumes necessary for gainful employment. For older students, the Bridges Program (ages 18–22) further refines these skills by focusing on work readiness and independent life skills like travel training and banking.

To help every student thrive, Kulanu Academy provides comprehensive clinical therapeutic support services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), and counseling. These services are delivered by licensed professionals in warm, supportive environments tailored to the specific needs and goals of each student. Beyond clinical support, students also benefit from enriching specialty classes such as drama, art, and adaptive physical education, which provide creative modalities to reinforce social and emotional growth.
